We are working with a top tier public Consumer and Retail firm here in Nashville, TN looking to add a FP&A Manager to their growing team. You will have the opportunity to work alongside senior leadership and continue to develop and maintain financial models supporting the Commercial Finance function of the broader firm.

The FP&A Manager will play a critical role in driving strategic financial insights, supporting executive decision-making, and leading enterprise-wide planning and forecasting processes. This role partners closely with senior leadership across finance, merchandising, operations, and strategy.
FP&A Manager Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes
• Provide financial modeling and scenario analysis to support business decisions
• Develop and track KPIs and financial dashboards
• Analyze financial results and report variances with actionable insights
• Collaborate across departments to align financial goals and improve performance
FP&A Manager Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA a plus)
• 5+ years of progressive FP&A or finance experience
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and BI tools
• Excellent communication and business partnering abilities
